This streamlined process gives us the tools to search our database by tax Skills (federal/state income tax compliance, tax provision and reporting, international tax, planning and research, audit and controversy, sales & use, property tax, fuel and excise, and tax technology); Career Levels (analyst, senior, supervisor, manager, senior manager, director, vice-president); and Target Locations (both in their current metro areas and targeted cities for relocation).

Market Research
Southeast TAX Connection tracks corporate news about mergers, acquisitions, and relocations, to identify tax professionals in transition. For example, Scripps Networks in Knoxville was acquired by the Discovery Channel; Red Hat Software in Raleigh will be acquired by IBM; Arris Group in Atlanta will be acquired by CommScope; and NCR Corporation moved its headquarters from suburban Atlanta to Midtown, changing the commute patterns of 5,000 employees. Many affected employees are offered Retention Agreements, which we systematically track on our calendar in order to follow up with candidates as they get close to completing their obligation and are ready to re-enter the job market.
